For example, when lifting a large part of the hull with rubber stopper airbags, most of the piers are removed and the tumbling rubber stopper airbags are filled. At present, if 1-2 piers are still compressed, the pressure between the rubber plugging airbags should be adjusted to tip the ship at the removal of the pier, rather than manually hitting the pier, otherwise it may form a rubber plugging airbag filled in the gravity impact of the hull. Another example is that when various factors collide with it during movement, the impact rubber plugging airbag will be damaged in serious cases.
5. The no-load inflation test should be carried out before long-term use or maintenance in the future. The inflatable pressure can be the same as the test pressure value of our factory. During the experiment, inspectors should stay away from the rubber plugging airbag 3m. If the repaired rubber plugging airbag is damaged in a large area, the use pressure should be reduced. The above inspection should be carried out annually.
