Chemical grouting is adopted for underwater pipeline plugging: according to the leakage of cracks, construction joints and water pressure, water-soluble polyurethane grouting is used in this project to plug the leakage. The specific grouting plugging and steps are as follows:

(1) Joint surface treatment in the concrete crack or construction joint compressed air or steel wire brush treatment clean, chiseled along the crack into the upper bottom width of 5 cm, the bottom width of 3 cm, the depth of about 7 cm grooves, water rinse clean.

The position of the grouting hole is selected at the intersection of the water leak and the crack, and the hole distance depends on the water pressure, the size of the gap and the amount of leakage, and the general spacing is about 50 cm. The grouting holes should be staggered, the holes should be slightly larger than the straight grouting nozzle, and the hole depth should not be less than 3 cm. Before the grouting nozzle is buried, the holes are cleaned, and then the quick-setting cement (such as the plugging king, Jintang plugging agent, etc.) fixes the grouting nozzle in the holes.

(3) After the grouting nozzle is buried, the iron sheet or semi-circular PVC pipe strip is arranged along the length of the joint, and then the quick-set cement and cement sand slurry will close the water leakage part.

(4) Pressurized water test injection After the cement cement cement and cement sand waterproof layer to seal the crack reaches a certain strength, the pressurized water test detects the sealing condition and determines the grouting pressure.

(5) Grouting grouting sequence according to the horizontal joint from one end to the other end, vertical joint first down and then up, first select one of the holes grouting, so that the slurry along the reverse channel forward, underwater plugging to no longer into the slurry, stop the grouting, so one by one until the end.
