2.1 CCTV detection technology

Closed Camera TV Inspection (Closed Camera TV Inspection), referred to as CCTV system, closed circuit TV technology is gradually applied to the camera inspection of the pipeline, solving the limitation problem of manual inspection, reflecting the operating condition of the pipeline more objectively, and improving the working environment of urban drainage pipeline inspection operators. CCTV equipment consists of camera, lighting, crawler, cable, display and control system and other components, through the automatic crawling drive into the sewer pipe, film and record the quality of the pipe inside.

2.2 Electronic periscope detection technology

Electronic periscope is a kind of inspection tool that combines reflector and TV inspection, mainly composed of controller, display, connecting cable, camera lens and lighting system, telescopic rod and so on. After the camera with high magnification is extended into the manhole through the telescopic rod with adjustable length, the high quality concentrating light and astigmatism lamp combined with the high zoom ability of the electronic camera of the lens can obtain relatively clear image data of the drainage pipe within a certain distance.

2.3 Sonar detection technology

Sonar detection is a detection method that uses sound wave technology to detect and locate underwater objects in pipelines and other facilities. Using the principle that sound waves can be transmitted through water and reflected by solids, the sonar head sends sonar signals to the wall of the tube, and receives the reflected signals at the same time. The system differentiates the strength of the sonar signal by color, so as to distinguish the outline of different media, and simulates the profile of the interior of the pipeline, through which the internal condition of the pipeline is identified.

2.4 Underwater Robot

The pipeline robot with water detection technology is mainly used for medium and large sewage pipes with DN800 or more, the water visibility is zero, and the digital detection is carried out under the operation state of half pipe or full pipe. The pipeline robot includes pipeline video, pipeline sonar, carrier, control box, wire reel (with meter counting function). The water detection technology can effectively overcome the problems such as the limited application scenario of CCTV video detection technology, and provide more accurate disease location and measurement through the whole process of machine instead of human work.
